Granite is Simon’s preferred communications infrastructure provider for participating properties. Granite Grid provides enterprise-grade voice and data services that help tenants launch new locations, scale operations, and support evolving technology demands.

Yes. Existing services can remain in place when no change is needed. For new orders or requested modifications, Granite can coordinate service through Simon’s preferred provider program.

Granite coordinates new voice/data orders and requested changes at participating Simon properties, including upgrades, relocations, additional lines, and bandwidth changes.

A lease renewal alone does not require an immediate service change. If a move, remodel, expansion, or other request includes telecom changes, Granite will help coordinate the timing.
