General Summary of Position:
We are seeking business-oriented, customer service driven professionals to provide high quality service to Fortune 500 level customers. As a Cost Analysis and Savings Analyst, you will be responsible for helping the Premier Account team and Sales Department maintain the high level of billing accuracy that Granite is known for as well as help with all pricing requests for current and potential customers of Granite.
Duties and Responsibilities:
As the Broadband Prequal Analyst and part of the Cost Analysis and Savings Team, you will work closely with the Premier Account Team and Sales Department to accurately research broadband service opportunities for the locations of existing and potential customers. Using a wide variety of analytical tools, you will be responsible for uploading the broadband service ability results into Granite's proprietary database and performing any needed service address validation. You should be comfortable using Microsoft Excel and confident fielding any questions related to the different broadband products that Granite offers.
- Bachelor's Degree or relevant experience.
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and MS Access.
